Order tracking
From your order email
Your order confirmation email links to your order’s status page. It shows your order’s progress, including tracking details once they’re added.
No account is needed. The link works for a few weeks; after that, the page lets you send a fresh link to the email address or phone number you used at checkout.

Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with The Journey Home. Here's what to expect once you place an order.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses in the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, D.C. We don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time.
Shipping Rates
Standard shipping is $8 per order.
Standard shipping is free on orders of $100 or more. The $100 is based on your order total after any discounts and before taxes.
Rates are shown at checkout before you pay.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed during weekends or holidays generally begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery
Orders ship from Tempe, Arizona, usually by USPS Ground Advantage and sometimes by FedEx Ground Economy, whichever suits your package best. When your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information.
Address Accuracy
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email hello@wearetjh.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please see our Returns & Exchanges policy and contact us at hello@wearetjh.com.
If your package appears lost or tracking shows it was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact hello@wearetjh.com. We'll help investigate with the shipping carrier and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Returns & exchanges
Refund Policy
At The Journey Home, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
14-Day Returns
We accept return requests within 14 calendar days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
To start a return, email hello@wearetjh.com with your order number and reason for returning.
Please wait for return authorization and shipping instructions before sending anything back.
Exchanges
Need a different size? We're happy to help with exchanges, subject to available inventory.
Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request an exchange. Items must meet the same condition requirements as returns.
For approved size exchanges, customers are responsible for shipping the original item back to us. The Journey Home covers standard shipping for the first replacement shipment per order. Any additional shipping charges will be communicated before processing.
If your requested size is unavailable, we'll help you select another available item or issue a refund for the eligible returned item based on the amount originally paid, including applicable taxes.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns and size changes.
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we'll cover the applicable return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the refund decision.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable for standard returns or size changes. If your return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we'll cover the appropriate shipping costs.
We do not charge restocking fees.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos when available. We'll work to make things right at no additional shipping cost.
Email hello@wearetjh.com. The 7-day timeframe is a request to help us resolve things quickly; it doesn't limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Return Address
Returns are processed through our fulfillment location in Tempe, Arizona.
The complete return address and instructions will be provided when your return is authorized.

Size guide
These are approximate body measurements, based on general US sizing, to help you choose a size. They’re a starting point, not measurements of our garments.
How to measure yourself
- Chest: measure around the fullest part of your chest, under your arms, keeping the tape level.
- Bust: measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape level.
Measure over a thin layer, with the tape snug but not tight. Round to the nearest whole inch and find it in the chart for your piece.
